That number isn't arbitrary — it's the ceiling at which our 11 coaches can maintain meaningful relationships with every member on the floor. When a gym grows past its coaching capacity, the coaches become monitors rather than mentors, and the quality of every session drops quietly. We've held this cap since 2020 and have a waitlist process that opens at the start of each quarter. If you're reading this and the membership page is live, we have open spots. We recommend booking an intro session first; it lets you meet your potential coach and assess whether the programming style suits your current training phase.
All plans include open-gym access, one monthly coach check-in, and the full class schedule. The tiers differ in personal session frequency and priority booking.

Once your membership is confirmed, you'll receive a short intake form covering your training history, injury background, and primary goals. A member of the coaching team reviews the form within 24 hours and schedules your first onboarding session — a 45-minute floor walkthrough combined with a movement screen. Based on the screen results, you're matched with one of our eleven coaches whose specialization best fits your goals. Strength-focused members typically land with Marcus or Claire; conditioning and endurance athletes often work with Jordan or Priya. You're never assigned to someone whose caseload is near capacity. From that first session onward, your coach owns your programming and is accountable for updating it at the close of every four-week block.
Yes. All tiers support a freeze of up to 60 days per calendar year. You notify us through the member app or by emailing info@pulsebridge.cc at least 5 business days before your next billing date, and your billing pauses without penalty. Extended medical pauses beyond 60 days are handled case-by-case with documentation.
Foundation and Coached memberships are month-to-month after an initial 30-day commitment. Intensive memberships carry a 90-day initial commitment, after which they convert to monthly. There are no cancellation fees beyond the initial period — we'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in contractually.
Yes, unless you request a reassignment or your coach's caseload changes. Your relationship with your head coach is preserved across tier changes. If you upgrade to Intensive and your current coach's schedule can't accommodate the additional sessions, we'll discuss options with you before any change is made.
We offer a 15% multi-person discount for two or more members sharing the same billing address, applied to the lower-tier plan if the tiers differ. Corporate accounts for teams of five or more are negotiated directly — email info@pulsebridge.cc with your team size and goals and we'll put together a proposal.
When we reach 420 active members, new sign-ups are added to a timestamped waitlist. We notify the next person in queue within 48 hours of an opening, and they have 72 hours to confirm before we move to the next. Waitlist spots are held through a refundable $25 deposit that applies to the first month's fee.
I started on Foundation, mostly because I wasn't sure I needed coaching. Six weeks in I upgraded to Coached because the monthly check-ins weren't enough — I wanted Marcus reviewing my program more often. The tier upgrade took about 90 seconds through the app.
