Before You Visit — Common Questions

Do I need to book an appointment to tour the gym?

No appointment is needed for a general tour Monday–Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. A front desk team member will walk you through both floors, point out the coaching bays, and answer questions about the membership tiers. If you'd prefer a coach-led tour during an actual intro session, book online.

Is there a trial period before joining?

Yes — all prospective members get one free intro session before committing to a membership plan. The session includes a movement screen and a brief consultation with a coach who walks you through what programming might look like for your specific goals. There's no obligation to sign up afterward.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Membership billing runs via ACH bank transfer or all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not accept cash for recurring membership payments. One-time purchases such as branded merchandise or single-session drop-ins for existing members can be processed by card at the front desk.

Can I bring a guest to try a class?

Active members on Coached or Intensive tiers can bring one guest per calendar month to any non-Olympic-Lifting class at no charge. Guests complete a short digital waiver before the session. Foundation members can purchase a guest day-pass at $25 per visit, which includes class participation and open-gym access for that day.

I walked in off the street on a Tuesday afternoon just to look around. The front desk coach spent 25 minutes with me, showed me the Olympic lifting platform, and explained the tier system without once pressuring me to sign up. I joined that Friday. That first conversation told me everything I needed to know about how this place runs.
